SALES AND DISTRIBUTION
James D. DeCamp sells and ships products only within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and United States Territories.
Please contact me personally regarding international sales.
PRICES
All prices are in US dollars. The billing for your order will also be in US dollars, including those shipping outside the US. Your total order price will include the price of the product(s) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Please review your order carefully prior to submitting it for processing.
James D. DeCamp reserves the right to change prices for products at any time.
SALES TAX
James D. DeCamp will has included sales tax on all his package prices based on the Ohio sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is placed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before your product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order was received in our system will apply. Sales tax and shipping charges have NOT been included in Custom Package, Extras & Ala Cart pricing and the shipment notice/invoice that James D. DeCamp provides to you will include any applicable sales tax.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of product you have received, please contact James D. DeCamp for assistance at Billing@OhioPhotojournalist.com. If James D. DeCamp determines that a defect occurred in processing your photos or order, James D. DeCamp will, at his discretion, credit back or replace the defective items.
PRIVACY
We collect personal information (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of fulfilling your request or to provide you with our products, services and related information.
The Personal Information you submit will be stored in a database that will be located at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
